3. What is your quality warranty policy?

The whole machine is guaranteed for 1 year. Any non-human-damaged parts will be replaced free of charge. The user only bears the shipping cost.

4. Can you accept OEM?

Yes, we accept OEM to print your own logo. But the minimum order quantity (MOQ) is 20 sets.
